We prepared this dish with grilled chicken. But you can replace it with whatever chicken you have, or cook it yourself if you like. Make sure the meat is cooked well before serving.
Mayonnaise for this recipe should be prepared according to our instructions.
Steps
Chop the cabbage with a sharp knife or vegetable cutter and place on a plate. |
Cut the onion into thin slices and arrange nicely on a plate next to the grilled chicken. Add a large serving of mayonnaise. |
Sprinkle the cabbage with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. |
